This price is based on you leaving your cylinder head in exchange.
Stage 3 Race. This of course includes what is included in step 2, but all the focus is on maximally processed intakes and exhaust channels and combustion chambers to the max.
Race ported intakes and exhaust channels, race processing of the combustion chamber according to the latest edition.
Valve size 44/35mm std but machined

These cylinder heads hade made some really good power in dyno, we have braked 190whp on B230 2.3L with 12mm s lifted camshaft and Fajs 45 or. The same dyno that we run the Youtube engines in,  video will come.

​The guys at FastWorx used the Timo  Stage 3 race cylinder head on a B230FK at in dyno @C-tuning 2023-09-30 they had som ereally goood numbers in dyno, 498whp (522hp engine) 733NM.on 2 bar boost pressure.
On 1 bar boost pressure the engine left 350WHP and 500NM.
The recipe: B230 2.3L original crankshaft, original pistons, h-profile connecting rods, Timo Stage 3 race cylinder head with Timo 12.2 camshaft, Timo 59.5mm throttle body, Timo ignition coil special,
China manifold, orginal Holset HX 40 turbo, Maxx ecu street control system. Video coming.

Included: Valves grinded and polished, 31 degree backcut on intake valve. Replacement of valve seals/damper rubbers, chamshaft sealing, control of velve guides. (additional if they are bad)
Valve seats are checked and grinded. Vacuum test is performed. (tight valves) Check valve play, as well as alignment up to 0.50mm included.
Trimming of camshaft only Volvo original profiles included with standard base circle of 36mm. (send with/fit the camshaft you want to use)

Of course, you can choose our own camshaft profiles, then camshaft, lash caps and skimming are added.
If you want stronger valve springs, single or double, you can choose this as well.

This product is based on a trade-in price, provided you send your own cylinder head. Cylinder heads are sent in reasonably clean.
We will email you a delivery note if you choose to send your cylinder head, the price one-way SEK 240 (DHL return shipping max 20kg) (sweden only (EU customers, please contact on e-mail for your country and price)
This means that the cylinder head is sent in without a valve cover, otherwise it weighs over 20KG.

Send cylinder head. Do this, put an extra cardboard in the bottom, wrap around the cardboard, put everything in a box and cut down so the cardboard fits tightly around the top lid and tape, preferably a little extra.
You choose which frame you send to us for processing, the most common are 530 and 531, however, we recommend not using 1000160 or any older 530 top cover with the large water channels 9/27.
If you are missing a cylinder head frame, we charge SEK 1,000 for a 530 cylinder head, SEK 3,500 for a 531 frame. As we ourselves have to spend time buying/shipping cylinder head frames.
Cylinder head frames with broken bolts are common and we have a lot of practice in fixing that. (To be added)
If you choose to leave your cylinder head as a replacement, check that there are no cracks between the valve seats (common) and between the pin hole and the seat.
