Downpipe Flange Volvo TD04 19T

12 mm mild-steel downpipe flange for Volvo applications using a TD04 19T turbocharger.

With suitable welding equipment and fabrication experience, the flange makes it possible to build a custom downpipe for a Volvo 240, 740 or 940 Turbo. Because these turbochargers use an angled turbine housing, we normally begin with a 60-degree 3-inch bend, cut it to match the turbine outlet angle, tack it to the flange and continue the downpipe from there.
