This throttle body gives 8HP and 15NM according to independent dyno tests on a Volvo original cup engine (VOC).
Timo's engine special throttle body 59mm, suitable for Volvo 240/740/940. In-house production, half-turned brass hatch, turned housing. 
These throttle housings are 59 mm, the original 
damper is 55 mm. We use these in our stage 1 and stage 2 concept engines. Can also be used advantageously on turbocharged engines. 
These damper housings are based on an exchange system, the easiest way to send your damper housing to us is by clicking on the "exchange shipping" box next to the product, and we 
will then email you a shipping note that you print out and stick on your package and hand in to the POST OFFICE.

Nowadays, most of the throttle bodies we manufacture are from 59.4mm to 59.8mm. It depends on the casting and which model of damper housing you have.
Most B230F engines with LH2.4 have the older raw casting (LH2.2 casting) i.e. on the underside, while the Volvo 940 turbo lacks this and only has ribs underneath.
Some customers use the car daily and find it difficult to send a throttle body before, which we absolutely require as we lack the time to hunt down the replacement housings, which can be difficult to get back in some cases.
But contact us if it is that way, we try to have both models in stock. (Mostly 940LTT that drags) A throttle body for B230F fits just as well on a B230FK/FT only the design separates them. Which is not immediately visible.
